With over 15 years of experience in the life sciences industry, Barbara Beneduci has developed deep expertise in advancing innovative solutions and fostering strategic partnerships in the biopharma industry.
After earning a master’s degree in biotechnology, she began her career as an R&D scientist before transitioning into a field role as a sales manager for biopharma materials, supporting pharmaceutical customers in process development and optimization.
Currently, as the mRNA Modality Leader for EMEA at Merck KGaA, she plays a key role in driving the growth and development of mRNA technologies. She interacts with pDNA/mRNA customers and key opinion leaders, collaborating closely with R&D and marketing teams to build Merck’s innovation pipeline. Through her extensive exposure to pharma manufacturers, she is dedicated to leveraging her knowledge to enhance business strategies and facilitate collaborations that propel scientific advancements.
