Aishu Parthasarathy

Aishu Parthasarathy is an Associate at Sofinnova Partners’ Digital Medicine fund, where she focuses on early-stage healthcare and biotech companies at the intersection of AI and life sciences. Her interest in AI was shaped by her academic work in neuroscience, where she explored how cognition is encoded and represented in the brain, an experience that continues to inform her perspective on the convergence of computational methods and biology.
She previously worked at BioGeneration Ventures, contributing to early-stage investments across the European biotech ecosystem. Prior to venture capital, she completed a PhD in Systems and Computational Neuroscience, with a research focus on understanding cognition.
