Harvey Branton

Harvey is a Senior Translation Consultant at eXmoor Pharma, where he supports a broad range of client projects and leads the development of in-house mRNA and LNP manufacturing capability within eXmoor’s new licensed facility.
With more than 30 years of experience in bioprocessing, Harvey brings deep expertise spanning R&D, automation, manufacturing support, and production management, with a particular focus on bridging the gap between research and GMP manufacturing.
He has directed multiple RNA and LNP development programmes, including the transfer and scale-up of Imperial College’s self-amplifying mRNA COVID-19 vaccine. Harvey also played a key role in establishing CPI’s RNA Centre of Excellence, which included the creation of a GMP manufacturing facility for RNA and LNP as well as a dedicated training academy to accelerate workforce skills and sector-wide understanding of RNA manufacturing.
